Shipping Policy

At HoodieUncle, we are committed to providing a smooth and reliable shipping experience. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, selected shipping method, and the items in your order.

 

We currently ship exclusively within the United States. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a tracking email so you can monitor its delivery status. Please allow time for tracking information to update after the carrier receives your package.

 

If you need to make changes to your order or request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@hoodieuncle.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request; however, once an order has entered production or a shipping label has been created, modifications and cancellations may no longer be possible.

 

Please ensure that your shipping information is accurate when placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us immediately. While we will make every effort to assist before shipment, we cannot guarantee address changes after processing has begun or a shipping label has been generated.

 

In the event that a package is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, please reach out to contact@hoodieuncle.com. Shipping-related issues are reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and we will work with you to determine an appropriate resolution whenever possible.

Return & Exchange Policy

At HoodieUncle, customer satisfaction is important to us. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us at contact@hoodieuncle.com and we will be happy to review your situation.

 

Because our products are made specifically for each order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as ordering the wrong size, selecting the wrong color, changing your mind, or no longer wanting the item after it has been produced.

 

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or significantly different from what you ordered, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and include your order number along with clear photos of the issue. We will review each claim and, when appropriate, provide a replacement or other suitable resolution.

 

If your package is lost in transit or there is another delivery-related issue, please reach out to us as soon as possible. Shipping and fulfillment concerns are handled on a case-by-case basis to ensure a fair outcome for our customers.

 

HoodieUncle reserves the right to deny return, exchange, or replacement requests that do not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
